Do you do custom/personalized orders?
YES! We love custom orders and are happy to work with you to help design exactly what you're looking for. Please note that more than 2 proofs of a project will incur extra fees.
How do I place a custom order?
Please contact us. We'll work with you to help create exactly what you're looking for. Just be sure to include as may details as possible including what type of item and as much design information as you can. We cannot print or create anything with registered trademarks or that is copyrighted.
Where did all your t-shirts go?
We are reducing the number of third parties that we work with, and moving all in house. We now only offer cousin crew shirts, and a few baby bodysuits. To purchase our t-shirt designs please visit our Amazon shop!


Where is my package?
Once an item is in the mail it is out of our hands. If your tracking says "Pre-transit" it has shipped, we scan every package in manually at the post office. If your tracking information does not update or you do not receive your item within 14 days of shipment, please contact us and we will open a case with USPS.
What if my package shipped to the wrong address?
If your package has already shipped, we are happy to send it back out to the correct address when the package is returned to us. However, buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs. A custom order will be created for you, once paid we will get it in the mail within 1 business day.
I live in the Asheville area, do you offer local pickup?
If you live in the Asheville area we are happy to do local pickup either from a pickup point or at one of the shows we are it. Please use the promo code AVLPICKUP, and we will contact you when your order is ready. Please note, we do not offer delivery. If your order is not picked up within 48 hours of a scheduled pickup time, additional fees may be incurred.


Is Buying Online Safe?
Yes, as long as you are diligent about where you are buying from. Here at Sheep & Squirrel, LLC we have a long standing rapport on Etsy with Star Seller ranking. We promise your items will ship within the stated time frame, and you will be notified immediately if there are any delays.
Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
The buyer is responsible for any return shipping that is not due to product error, such as an incorrect or damaged item. In the case of damaged items, we will ask that you provide photos of both the item and the packaging. All return requests are at the discretion of the seller. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!
