Do you make everything yourself?
Just about! We print all of our 3D printed items ourselves. As well as crochet all of our amigurumi creatures. We also do design work and have a heat press and laser cutter that we use to create some of our other products.
Our die cut stickers are now outsourced to provide a higher quality with longer durability.
What yarn do you use?
All of our amigurumi crochet pieces are made with 100% polyester chenille (Parfait Chunky) or blanket yarn (Bernat Blanket). Some have embroidered details, such as smiles, blush, and whiskers that is done with cotton yarn. We also use plastic safety eyes on some of our creatures, which are all securely fastened inside.
What filament and 3D printer do you use?
All of our products are 3D printed with PLA filament on Bambu X1 Carbon printers.
Where do you get your 3D printed models?
All of our models are licensed or available through Creative Commons. We license models from ZOU3D, Koza Design, Layers in Green, FishhawkCraft3D, BIMO3D, Manaban Labs, McGybeer, and Oleksandr T2L.
RETURNS
Are returns free?
If there is an error with your order, we will cover any return costs. Otherwise, all return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How can I return something?
Please contact us if you need to return something. Note, that all personalized items are final sale.
I received the wrong item
If you received an incorrect item, we are very sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us, and we'll get the right item out to you ASAP, as well as provide any return information, if necessary.

Where do you ship from?
All of our orders shipped via USPS from Hendersonville, NC.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please note that shipping costs will be higher though. Additionally, we do not ship to Germany due to import restrictions.
