You must add each individual shirt size to your cart. Please include name and child's cousin number in the personalization field at checkout.
Shirt numbers will be printed with 0 in front of single digit numbers unless specifically noted otherwise in the personalization field. Just entering a single digit in the personalization field will still have the 0 printed if you do not state that it should not be printed.
